    We carry a full line of products for Food and Beverage and Case Seal applications. Our pricing is very competitive to the marketplace.
  • How long is pricing good for after we start buying?

    As you know, hot melts are petroleum-based and as such, they are subject to the fluctuations of oil pricing. We try to maintain stable pricing trough minor fluctuations. In addition, we initially hold all pricing for a minimum of the first 90 days the product is purchased.
  • What is your lead time?

    We stock a full line of products in multiple warehouses in the United States and can usually ship within 24-48 hours of the order.
  • Where do you ship from?

    We ship from our warehouses in Chattanooga Tennessee, Salt City Utah, Orlando Florida, and Atlanta Georgia.
  • How long for delivery after order?

    As stated above we ship stocked products within 24-48 hours of order. Transit times and distances will dictate when the product will arrive.
  • Do you offer technical support when we buy from you?

    Yes! We offer state of the art technical service. Our trained technicians are available to audit your facility and offer suggestions for the efficient use of our products. In addition, we also offer technical training courses that are available with the use of our adhesives.
  • How do I store the products when they get to my facility? Do they have to be kept climate controlled?

    For our hot melt products there is no need for climate control. They just need to be kept in a dry safe environment.

    Our liquid products need to be kept in areas that are no colder than 60 degrees. The temperature of the liquid adhesive affects the viscosity, which makes the product more difficult to use in an efficient manner.

    In addition, liquids can freeze if subjected to prolonged cold temperatures. This will ruin the product and make it unusable.
