Exchanges
We will exchange merchandise purchased through our internet web site within 30 days of purchase. The item(s) must be returned in new, unused condition, with the original box, packaging, all manuals and accessories. Full credit for original item(s), minus original shipping fees will be applied to other merchandise. Customer pays for shipping & handling charges*
Refund/Return
We will refund the original purchase price for merchandise purchased through our internet web site, minus shipping, and minus a 20% re-stocking fee. The merchandise must be returned with the original box, packaging, all manuals and accessories within 30 days of purchase. Customer pays for shipping & handling charges.
For all exchanges or refunds:
- Customer must call or email Premier Packaging Solutions for return authorization first, before shipping merchandise for return/exchange
- Merchandise must be returned/exchanged within 30 days of purchase
- Customer pays for shipping & handling charges.
- Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable
- Merchandise must be in new & un-used condition
- Original box, packaging, manuals & accessories must be returned
Important note for warranty returns: Shipping, transportation or pickup / delivery fees are not covered by the warranty.
